For International Orders we ship USPS First Class International. We cannot provide a tracking number. Our experience tells us that arrival time is 1-3 weeks depending on your location.

What is your current processing time? When will my order ship?
* CURRENT PROCESSING TIME - 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! When you check out you can purchase the rush order shipping option. When you purchase rush order I will get your order out by the next business day. Rush order pays for me to be able to drive your package to the post office. Message me to know for sure what time your package will ship out.
What is USPS's Shipping time?
* 1ST CLASS SHIPPING - usually takes between 3-7 business days
* PRIORITY SHIPPING - usually takes between 1-5 business days
*EXPRESS SHIPPING- is guaranteed to take 1-2 business days

Do you offer refunds?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact me ASAP and I will gladly refund you or exchange an item to make you happy. Please contact me with any issues.
CONTACT TIME- must contact me within 7 days of delivery.
RETURN TIME- Return item must be post marked within 7 days of contacting me.
Refund- Please allow 3-5 business days for an issued. This is after I have received the returned item.

Foreign shipping
We do ship to foreign countries! Tracking is not available once it leaves the United States. If you would like to have tracking please contact me and we can include that in your order.
Shipping time varies depending on which country you live in. Please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping time.
My package says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
* Please call your local post office with your tracking number
*Ask your neighbors if they have seen your order
*Check with any one else living in your household if they picked up your package
*Message me if you still have not been able to locate your package
